And The Still Undiscovered Process Of Relaxation ASMR
What is ASMR?
ASMR stand’s for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. And what is that mean?Mean’s that makes you feel excellent, Just imagine Adrenaline, Adrenalin is drug that you feel when you are exited and you doing things like Bungee Jumping and lot of similar crazy things that make’s you feel great,we all love Adrenaline, well ASMR is completely opposite of Adrenaline,ASMR is like the ultimate relaxation drug that’s in your head, sometimes feel’s like you have triggers in yourself, thingless sensation trough your head and it’s just feel’s really good.
It can happen anywhere, can happen watching someone talk, when someone touching you very gently.and recent we got videos with ASMR artists that can make’s you feel relaxed,
There is so many different triggers for ASMR,talking softly, whispering, that’s what ASMR is.Sensor trigger in your head basically release some type of drug that probably one day will be documented but is no documentation about it yet.Not everyone can feel the same,so some of us are lucky and they can feel the ASMR response.
Some people explain that they sensed a sensation when they were very young, but no one even talked about it and there was no name for the kind of sensation they felt in the head,so just in a last few years basically an knowledge of experiencing this sensation ASMR has exploded trough social media like YOUTUBE and Reddit
Whisper videos are just one branch of a YouTube subculture of ASMRers making, discovering, and promoting videos for their triggering properties. Some videos unintentionally cause the tingles—makeup tutorials are an ASMR goldmine, as are vlogs from people with deep, resonant voices. Other videos are more calculated.
There’s a whole cottage industry of YouTubers, usually with “whisper” in their screennames, who have created hundreds of videos where they talk softly, eat Oreos while tapping conspicuously on a mug, or pretend to be travel agents, doctors, or hair stylists—however many fake haircut videos you think there are on YouTube, there are more than that, and people love them.
