Low Carb Chocolate Keto Brownies
Sometimes a keto diet can be a real pain on my temptation levels, and this week has really been killer. Normally I go after savory things but my cravings really need to be removed like a rotting wisdom tooth. I saw some low carb brownie recipes online and decided to alter it a bit to my own tastes with Keto Brownies
Prep Time – 10 Minutes
Cook Time – 20 Minutes
- 3 Egg
- 5 teaspoon(s) Splenda
- 2 tablespoon(s) almond flour
- 1/4 cup(s) cocoa powder unsweetened
- 50 gram(s) 90% Dark Chocolate
- 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup(s) unsalted butter
In a mixing bowl, add egg, vanilla extract and spenda and mix well until tripled in volume, set aside.
In a small bowl, combine dark chocolate and butter and microwave for 30 – 60 seconds.
Combine dark chocolate and egg mixture slowly
Add almond flour and cocoa powder, mix very well.
Spray the baking pan with oil or line with parchment paper. Add the mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes

Now, these aren’t the sweetest brownies in the world, so you can whip up some heavy cream and add a little sweetener to it. I’ve noticed that sometimes low carb brownies and cakes can be a little bit dry, so this can add the moisture you’re looking for. Best of luck and happy eating!
